Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, sales, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India.

Orders are typically delivered within 4–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

You may track your shipment using the tracking information provided, on the Track Your Order Page.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

The Cotton Strand is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, incorrect shipping information, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may be cancelled at our discretion.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier service interruptions

The Cotton Strand shall not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and/or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner, we will work with the courier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Delivered Orders

Responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient once delivery has been successfully completed to the shipping address provided during checkout.

If you believe a delivered package is missing, please contact us promptly and we will assist in investigating the issue with the courier partner. However, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
